How do I contact BASCO Publications with my questions or comments?

What program do I use to read the files I bought and downloaded from your site?

    You need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click the button below to be taken to the Adobe website for the download and installation instructions:

The download for the product I purchased did not complete. How can I get my product(s)?

    You should have received an email after your order with links to each of the products. You can go to these links, enter your user id and password, and download the products again. If you don't have this email, you can also go to this page to download the products (you will of course still need your user id and password.)

I do not know my user id or password, how can I get them?

    Contact BASCO Publications with your name, email address, and which products you ordered, and we will get back to you shortly to solve the problem. Make sure the name and email address are the same ones you indicated on your original order. You must provide date of purchase; type of credit card; last four digits of credit card. You will receive a response within 48 hrs.

I entered a valid Rebate Certificate Number, but was told it was incorrect, what is wrong?

    There are a few possibilities. The most common problem is that you are not entering the rebate id in the correct case. ID's are case sensitive, so you must be sure to match the case with that of the rebate id given to you. The other possibility is that the rebate id has expired. ID's are only valid for 30 (thirty) days after they were initially issued.
